We use mailgun to send these emails.

To evaluate our services we request your first and lastname, email and company information. We use this information to provide you the service, tailored to your needs, for a limited time and to sell you the service or services in case of interest. We keep this information for 2 years to ensure we are able to assist you may you postpone your decision to buy.

Subscription and purchase

To order a service, either a one-time payment or a subscription, we collect your first and lastname, email and company information, including address and VAT details. We use this information to deliver the service or services, in our bookkeeping and billing. This information is stored for a minimum period given by our legal obligations.

Online financial transactions are handled by our payment service providers, Braintree and Stripe. We do not have access to, process, or store credit card details or other financial information, such information is processed by these payment service providers.

Service usage

To use our product or services you need to provide your first and last name, email and company information. We use some of this information to activate the service for you or create a license. We keep this information on record for 3 years after your license expires.

When using the product or service you may provide personal identifiable information for your own usage. We do not process this information.

We may collect anonymous reports to improve our offerings. This information may consists of error stack traces and user actions, to be able to replay the problem or to generate statistical data.
